Dedicated, motivated, loving, and an intelligent young woman are just some of the terms used to describe Ms. Randolph. Her passion has steamed from a simple vision to an endeavor that has become her life-long mission. Beautiful Creations by Chanel, Inc. was inspired when Chanel used to work at Wal-Mart as a customer service manager and during the back to school time she would hear parents talk to their children about not being able to purchase certain school supplies. This small necessity is a major issue for most parents due to lack of work, financial hardship or other issues, so she decided to help make a small impact in a big way. After succeeding with three major back to school drives, Chanel wanted to help with clothing, food, hair services, community outreach, mentoring and tutoring. These events help our youth to realize and reach their full potential as the “Beautiful Creations” they are. This is just the beginning and Beautiful Creations will continue to soar and impact the world. Her greatest accomplishment is raising her young king to manifest his own legacy to correlate with Beautiful Creations by Chanel. 

Ashley was born in Decatur, Ga but raised in Valdosta, Ga. She is a mother of two . She's presently in college and majoring in Business Management. She has a passion for helping her community and people and Beautiful Creations has given her the opportunity to do both. She would love to travel the world.

'Big Nick Doin Big Thangs' is synonymous with the moniker of 'Big Nick' aka Nick Harden. Hailing from East Atlanta's "Zone 6," Big Nick is no stranger to the community.  After graduating from Decatur's Southwest DeKalb H.S., Nick left Decatur to attend Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA on a football scholarship. After several injuries, Nick decided to go back to his passion, djing parties. Big Nick previously did afternoons on 107.9 The Beat FM Mondays - Fridays from 2pm - 6pm where he is always "Doing Big Thangs!" For years, Nicholas “Big Nick” Harden has been feeding the city of Valdosta some of the best food around. He established Big Nick’s in May of 2015 and has been on a roll ever since. Prior to the 2015, debut of the Baytree location, Nick served his beloved cuisine from Creekside, The Factory, and his previously owned restaurant, The R&B Cafe. The restaurant prides itself on great food, great service, and a great environment. Everything is made fresh daily by Nick’s family and the staff extends that family foundation to every customer that walks in. Nick's passion for kids and his community he ran for Valdosta Board of Education District 9 At Large to help make a difference in his community. He has the continuous support and love from his wife and two children. 

Born in California, raised in FL, Cherelle is an Army veteran and a mother of 3. Currently pursuing her Masters in Logistics and Transportation Management, she is committed to making changes for the next generation. Building a ministry to nurture and support young children grow in their gifts. Embracing the motto, “You are a Beautiful Creation”. 

Deshawn has 15 years of teaching and leading experience in education as a secondary teacher, teacher leader, adjunct professor, researcher, and educational programmer. Prior to joining our team, she was the director of First Star Central Florida Academy — a college and career preparation program for high school youth in the foster care system. Positioned at the intersection of educational research and practice, Dr. Chapman encourage the development of learning environments that result in equitable educational outcomes for historically underserved students.

Erica N Roberts is a native of Valdosta, Ga. She's a licensed Ministry and Life Coach and founder of His Image Coaching LLC where she is certified and qualified to help you do the work. Her calling is to make a bigger impact in this world with her knowledge and expertise, Erica has the knowledge and tools to change millions of lives. Helping others through guidance and support is her ultimate passion and purpose in life. She's an anointed Intercessor and a loyal servant. Erica coaches women, married couples, singles, teenagers, families, anyone who want to live their best lives. Erica is purposed to building Kingdom Families. By profession she is a Business Manager with over 30 years of training and developing employees to run million dollar businesses.  Erica is a wife, mother, grandmother, author, blogger, influential speaker, and your ride or die  friend.
